do I get started? Visit
Highams Park Fencing Club, a local club for anyone wanting to
experience the sport of fencing. Formed
by a group of keen amateurs, the club offers a relaxed, friendly
atmosphere with a wide age group from 7-65 years of age, and with
professional tuition for fencers of all levels by qualified instructors.
Students have the opportunity to attain proficiency standards,
as recognised by the British
Fencing Association or the British
Academy of Fencing.
How
much does it cost?
Adults: £5.00 per session for non-members and
£3.50 for members (annual membership £35.00). Juniors: £2.75 per
session for non-members and £2.00 for members (annual membership
£17.50).

What
equipment do I need?
All
equipment is provided and diligently maintained for safety. All
you need is a T-shirt, trainers and tracksuit bottoms or other
comfortable exercise clothes.
Where
and when does the club meet?
The club meets on Wednesday evenings at Rushcroft School, Rushcroft
Road, Chingford, E4 8SG. Juniors will start at 6.00pm until 7.30pm
Adults from 7.30- 9.15pm. See
